really enjoyed spending my time in this clean brand-new hotel. the room was perfectly clean with a balcony and my experience was comfortable. the staff were amazingly nice and polite and the location was marvellous to crans-montana ski lifts.

The double room here had an incredibly comfy bed, a living room, sofa set, and ample closet space, with great mountain views and delicious food served by friendly staff.

It was all superb.

the freshly baked bread and homemade jams were a great hit with our family. the free and spacious car park was very convenient and made our stay much more enjoyable. We were also impressed by the cleanliness of the room and bathroom.

Our experience was tarnished by the inadequate spa facilities. There were only two benches available, which were occupied during our visit.
